My name is Paris and I’m absolutely in love with naturally curly hair! Although I wasn’t always an enthusiast about my curls, after much love and support in what has now become an enormous natural hair community, I soon learned to embrace this incredible blessing.

Growing up in the beautiful sunshine State of Florida, I dreamed of becoming Claire Huxtable from the popular 80’s comedy sitcom, The Cosby Show. Claire had it all…beauty, brains, and breeding with the perfect balance of career and family. While I realized this was just television, it didn’t stop me from believing this would someday become my reality. And guess what…it did!!

After earning a BA in business law and ethics with a specialization in legal management from Nova Southeastern University, and an MBA in business administration from Webster University at St. Louis, my successful career in law began. Even though my law school education is on an indefinite hiatus, I was embraced with numerous opportunities to manage several departments of many global law practices and process serving companies. Today my legal experience principally includes marketing and business development and various types of law firm support such as process serving and administrative clerking. Currently, I am Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of one of the leading providers of professional process serving and legal support services in the State of Maryland founded by my husband. Additionally, I am a certified skin care consultant and beauty advisor for my own hair, skin, and cosmetics business.

One of the greatest advantages of being a business owner is having the ability to manage my own time. As a wife and mother of four, one can only imagine how hectic the schedule can become. Well it becomes extremely hectic, but I always make it work and I make it work with style and glamour on the go!
